Sync your appointments to your calendar
Subscribe once and your HeyNouri sessions stay up to date on their own. When an appointment is rescheduled or cancelled, your calendar updates automatically the next time it refreshes — no need to re-add anything.
You'll find your personal calendar link in any HeyNouri confirmation email. Pick your calendar app below and follow the steps.
On Apple devices you can subscribe in one tap using the link in your confirmation email.
- 1Open the HeyNouri confirmation email on your iPhone or iPad.
- 2Tap the "Add to my calendar" button.
- 3Your device asks if you want to subscribe to the calendar — tap "Subscribe".
- 4Choose which account to add it to, then tap "Add".
- 5Your appointments now appear in the Apple Calendar app and refresh automatically.
If tapping the button does nothing, copy the calendar link from the email, open the Settings app, go to Calendar → Accounts → Add Account → Other → Add Subscribed Calendar, and paste the link.
Good to know
Subscribed calendars refresh on your calendar app's own schedule, which can take anywhere from an hour to a day. For same-day changes, your reminder emails and texts are always the most up-to-date source — the calendar is there for convenience and planning ahead.
